Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by u88my, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. This document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and u88my as the platform provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the u88my platform. Continued use of our services after any amendments to the terms take effect is considered full acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use u88my services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the date of registration.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or valid travel document.
• There are no legal restrictions in your jurisdiction of residence that prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Hold only one active account on the u88my platform. Registering multiple accounts by one individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all such accounts.
• Have not previously had an account closed or been banned from the u88my platform.

u88my reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Account, Password and Security

You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your u88my account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was done by you or by another party.

You must notify u88my immediately through our customer service if you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred. u88my will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unreported unauthorised access.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Make sure you log out of the platform after using a public device.
• Contact 24/7 support in Malay or English if you experience any access issues.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the u88my platform are subject to the following policies and procedures:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for each supported payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Typical withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Every withdrawal will be processed to an account held in the same name as your u88my account. u88my reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

In the event of a technical error or incorrect credit to your account, u88my reserves the right to correct the error and deduct any excess credit without prior notice. You are not entitled to claim any credits or winnings arising from a system error.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

u88my offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received.

• Example A: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Example B: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,400 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including using multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings without notice. u88my reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the u88my platform for the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Fraud, identity falsification, or providing misleading information.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interference with or attempts to compromise the integrity of the systems or games provided.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to a third party.

Any breach of these terms will result in immediate action including suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of the account balance and bonuses, and possible further legal action.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

u88my members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of five tiers, each offering a different weekly cashback rate based on playing activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

A member's progression to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent playing activity over time. Weekly cashback will be credited to the account automatically each week based on the member's current eligibility. u88my reserves the right to review this VIP programme at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the u88my platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code and software, is the exclusive property of u88my or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, perform or exploit any part of this platform's content without prior written consent from u88my.

Limitation of Liability

The u88my platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. u88my does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors or cyber attacks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u88my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data or business disruption.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your u88my account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and any related wagering requirements have been met.

u88my reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance and any bonuses may be forfeited.

For responsible gambling purposes, members who wish to set play limits or apply for self-exclusion may do so by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed promptly and handled with full confidentiality.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

u88my operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by our licensing authority.
